Travel the Table with Filigree Suppers

Set out on some palate exploration when Filigree Suppers pops up at Row 34 on Sunday, August 9th. The design-focused duo, Elise Metzger and Brita Olsen, travel the country pairing delicious dishes with American-made décor and they’ll be alighting in Massachusetts for a navigation-themed evening. Chef Francisco Millan will have a four course menu with each dish named for a famous explorer, celebrating flavors of the North, South, East and West and incorporating local produce and seafood. Hand-chosen international wines will accompany the plates, as well as a welcome cocktail when the evening kicks off at 6:00pm. The tableware will run nautical with pieces from New England-based Taylor Ceramics and Fayce Textiles (goods will be available for sale, as well.) Roasted cod with Sparrow Arc peppers, capers, salt roasted potatoes and pickled button mushrooms

Summer Berry Pudding with sweet corn and sabayon
