Townsman is bubbling over with cider when Vermont’s Shacksbury comes to visit on Thursday, September 22nd. Chef Matt Jennings will host a Lost and Found release party, in honor of the hard cider made from foraged native apple varieties. Four passed apps will be paired with fizzy fermented bevs and pastry chef Meghan Thompson serves up a sweet dessert to match tastes of the extra dry Lost and Found.
