Townsman teams up with Cochon555 for a multi-chef Bespoke dinner on Saturday, April 8th. Chefs Matt Jennings and Kate Jennings will be joined by Tavern Road’s Louis DiBiccari for an exclusive four-course menu with special guests from the morning’s Bespoke food symposium (details here). The limited-seating dinner starts with a 7:00pm appetizer and cocktail reception before guests sit down to seasonal savory and sweet courses from the chefs. Each plate comes with a paired cocktail and the full experience is available for $125 per person—proceeds support Piggy Bank, an agricultural charity dedicated to heritage breed pigs and family farms.
