Enjoy a nice bottle of Chianti with Tomasso Trattoria on Friday, March 11th. The Southborough restaurant puts the spotlight on Tuscan vineyards Isole e Olena with a five-course, wine-focused feast. Chef Daniele Baliani will be serving up regionally inspired specialties (rosemary roast pork loin, grilled polenta and more) for pairing with the glasses. A rare Chianti will make an appearance.
