Who will be the whisky winner? On Sunday, December 11th, some of the city’s top bartenders are going glass-to-glass in a Japanese whisky cocktail competition. Pastoral and bar manager Kobie Ali play host for the shake-off, featuring Suntory Whisky Toki, a blended spirit from three different Beam Suntory distilleries. Bar samurais from Backbar, Hojoko, The Automatic, Tiger Mama, Tavern Road, State Street Provisions, Trina’s and Pastoral will put their best concoction forward for a chance at the title. Plan on being in Fort Point by 9:00pm to taste the mixtures and crown the champ.
