Viale raises a glass to all things mushroom with their Local Mushroom and Italian Wine Dinner on Tuesday, July 28th. Chef Greg Reeves will team up with forager and funghi expert Ben Maleson of Wild Mushrooms for a four-course meal with paired Italian vintages from Martin Langer of Oz Wine Co. The evening runs 6:30-10:00pm and begins with a reception, followed by the sit-down meal where Maleson and Langer will share their mushroom and wine knowledge and walk guests through the pairings.
