Get your weekend off to an early start with Bondir’s brand new Summer Thursdays. Each week until back-to-school season rolls around, chef Brendan Joy will be offering up a special menu inspired by whatever freshest-of-the-fresh ingredients he can get his hands on (and if you’ve been to a farmer’s market recently, you know he’ll have lots of goodies to choose from – just look at the inaugural menu below).
