StarChefs is launching a traveling series of events to introduce consumers to their stellar roster of Rising Star Chefs. The series hits Boston on Thursday, May 8, at Cambridge’s newest venue, the Hotel Marlowe, from 7:00-9:00pm. The gala walk-around tasting will allow 250 guests to taste a veritable galaxy of signature dishes from Boston’s Rising Star Chefs Ana Sortun of Oleana, Thomas John of Mantra, Mark Allen of Le Soir, Dante deMagistris of blu, Marc Orfaly of Pigalle, Anthony Susi of Sage and host chef Tom Berry of Bambara. Guests can walk around, sipping Champagne Charles Heidsieck’s incomparable Brut Réserve from the center Champagne bar and sampling the chefs’ signature dishes. They’ll have a chance to meet the chefs face to face and to experience wine pairings chosen by the chefs themselves. Tickets cost $60 and will be available in advance on the StarChefs website.
