You’ll have to wait until 5:00pm to get the full menu at The Fireplace but chef-owner Jim Solomon will be firing up the grill out on Beacon Street for Washington Square race watchers. Pop over to Brookline any time after 10:00am to see the marathoners as they head for the 24th mile-marker, hamburger or hot dog in hand (you, not them). The grilled goodies will be available on an a la carte basis so you can stroll on over whenever the mood or the appetite strikes. Call 617.975.1900 for additional info, should you need it.
