It’s always hard to say goodbye to weekends but especially in the summer. Luckily, The Butcher Shop is here to ease your transition into the work week with a Burgers & Beers special Sunday through Tuesdays. Burgers only make it to the menu once a year at The Butcher Shop and starting Monday, June 1st, chef Matt Mahoney will be putting his signature farm-to-table touch on a rotating cast of beef-and-bun creations. In addition to the classic TBS burger, diners can indulge in the DAB with dry-aged chuck, avocado and a fried egg or the PB&F with creamy peanut butter, bacon jam and foie gras, among others. Beer buyer Dominga Ruiz-de Jesus has sought out the perfect beer to match each burger, ranging in style from sours, to sessions, to stouts. The three-month culinary matches will be available in addition to the regular dinner menu and you can call 617.423.4800 to reserve your seat for a summertime start to the week.
