The countdown to The 41-70 is getting closer—the Cape Cod restaurant plans to open by March with chefs Brandon Baltzley and Laura Higgins at the helm. Together with owner Carol Grigas, the former Ribelle chefs will reinvent Phusion Grille in Woods Hole with creative interpretations of classic Cape dishes. The new concept will move into the waterside space and offer tastes of New England terroir with native ingredients and traditional techniques. Guests can get a sneak peek (and bite) of the 41-70 menu at a Valentine’s weekend preview on Saturday, February 13th and Sunday, February 14th. The a la carte plates include smoked or raw Washburn Island oysters, cod with carrot fondue, stuffies, butter-soaked lobster and more.
