Tequila Tuesday!

Get your agave fill when Tequila Tuesday takes over Olé on Tuesday, March 15th. Chef Erwin Ramos has a four-course prix fixe of tequila-friendly plates, like Woodbury clams with a Serrano-butter broth, and lamb with chili-roasted carrots and maple salsa. You’ll start the evening with a hibiscus margarita and move into a Fortaleza tequila tasting with a pour of blanco, reposado or anejo with each course.
