Step up to the Tasting Counter for a sneak peek at Andy Husbands’ new project, The Smoke Shop. Chef Peter Ungar welcomes Husbands for a late night pop-up of BBQ bites on Friday, March 25th and Saturday, March 26th. The menu features Husbands’ competition barbecue (his team IQUE was the first Northern group to win the Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational Competition) in advance of The Smoke Shop’s spring opening. A la carte options include pulled pork sliders, fried chicken & waffle croquettes and more.
