Ginger is the flavor of the month—on Monday, March 27th, the 13th annual Taste of Ginger brings top local chefs to the Museum of Fine Arts for a fundraising tasting. From 6:30 to 9:30pm, chefs like David Bazirgan (Bambara), Brian Flagg (Bravo), Joanne Chang (Myers + Chang), Jason Tom (Night Market), Andy Husbands (The Smoke Shop) and many more will be serving bites in support of the Joslin Diabetes Center‘s Asian American Diabetes Initiative. Proceeds help the research, education, outreach and culturally appropriate treatment methods for Asian Americans living with diabetes. Tickets are $250 each, available online here, for a very flavorful evening.
