Chef Tiffani Faison and team are turning their Southern charms to New Orleans cuisine for a Sweet Cheeks’ Mardi Gras meal on Tuesday, February 9th. The Big Easy bites include hot gumbo and—the star of the evening—an authentic crawfish boil packed with pounds of crawfish, shrimp, corn and potatoes.
