The Supper Club at Capo gets the long weekend off to an early start with a night of carefully-crafted cocktails, good vibes and live tunes. On Thursday, May 25th, from 9:00-11:00pm, Errol Strength and the Conscious Reggae Band are jamming out with classic and modern sounds from reggae traditions, for a night full of drinks and dancing. Bar director Kevin Mabry is preparing two new cocktails for the reggae-inspired evening, the Don Corleone made with tequila, dry Curacao, blood orange and lime, and the Plum Island Sour with rum, Montepulciano, plum, lemon thyme and egg white.
