Summer dining gets an al fresco touch at Clink—the Liberty Hotel restaurant invites guests to its private courtyard for a series of paired dinners in June. Chef Anthony Dawodu has put together a prix fixe menu for every Friday night, matching four courses with the night’s beverage theme. The sipping options include Sauvignon Blanc, rosé, South African wines and seasonal cocktails.
