Just to be sure you’re eking every last little bit of goodness out of the season, book at table at L’Espalier’s Summer Bubbles Dinner on Thursday, August 4th. Wine Director Lauren Daddona will be choosing some well-suited sparklers to pair with an equally summery five-course menu, which includes decadent ingredients like foie gras and lobster, alongside farm-fresh heirloom tomatoes, local corn and Maine blueberries. The meal, including its effervescent accompaniments, which hail from France (of course), as well as California, Spain and Italy, costs $125 per person. Reservations are required so give L’Espalier at ring at 617.262.3023 before it’s too late.
