Staff Meal at Garden at the Cellar

Only restaurant professionals know the simple comfort of the evening staff meal – on Monday, December 29th, chef Will Gilson opens up the nightly tradition to guests at Garden at the Cellar. Drop by between 7:00 and 9:00pm for a casual, family-style feast of homey dishes like beef stroganoff, baked rigatoni, roasted chicken or mac and cheese. Reservations aren’t required and menu, which costs roughly $20 per person, will vary based on the Gilson’s impulse, available ingredients, the weather…whatever inspires.
