L’Espalier’s popular Fantasy Tea takes an especially seasonal turn with the Spring Harvest Tasting on Saturday, May 27th. Join chef Frank McClelland and in-house tea sommelier Cynthia Gold for a guided tea tasting featuring limited availability early harvest teas like the legendary Pre-Ching Ming green tea. The $65 tasting menu also serves up delicious treats like the watercress, cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches, lobster profiteroles and basil financiers with radish panna cotta.
