Bubbles abound at the Fairmont Copley Plaza’s Bollinger Champagne Pop-Up on Thursday, March 23rd. Get one of the remaining tickets, available online here for $50 apiece, to spend the evening sipping sparkling from one of the most celebrated Champagne houses around (they’ve been at it for almost 200 years). Chef Laurent Poulain will be serving sophisticated hors d’oeuvres to complement the bottles (vintage and non).
