On Wednesday, December 9th, the whiskies are coming. No need to take a midnight ride—Sons of Liberty will be at Chopps in Burlington from 6:30-9:00pm for an American spirits dinner. The Rhode Island distillery focuses on single-malt whiskies made from beers, as well as the first-ever line of seasonal whiskies. Guests will get a taste of the revolutionary wares in cocktails by mixologist Drew Jordan. To accompany the cocktails, chef Jeff Williams has prepared a five-course menu with dishes like venison tenderloin and New York strip steak.
