T.W. Food hosts their annual wild mushroom dinner on Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 22nd. Chef Tim Wiechmann has designed six courses around different varieties of mushrooms, with different iterations of each—expect mushroom confit, powder, puree and cracker to all make an appearance (you can have a look at the menu below to get a better idea of what’s in store). CHANTERELLE

PORCINI
risotto, house-made ricotta, roasted porcini mushrooms, burgundy truffle, mushroom purée
