Foundry on Elm spotlights Smuttynose Brewing on Thursday, December 29th. As part of their beer dinner series, they’re be pouring the Hampton, NH brews with special plates. Chef Shayne Nunes has collaborated with resident beer czar Geoffrey Thompson to put together a two-course prix fixe for pairing with beers.
