Slumbrew Supper

Slumbrew

Chopps and Somerville Brewing Company team up on Thursday, March 30th for a paired dinner of suds, steak and more. Head to the Burlington restaurant by 6:30pm for the opening reception of small bites (i.e., tuna tacos, mac & cheese fritters, and eggplant caponata bruschetta) and sips. Brewery founders Caitlin Jewell and Jeff Leiter are joining for the evening with pours from their Slumbrew portfolio. Beers like the Happy Sol blood orange hefeweizen and the Luma New England-style IPA will complement meaty plates from chef Steve Zimei, like wild boar sausage and hanger steak. See the full menu below (bacon and bourbon gelato, anyone?) and book a seat for $65 per person by calling 781.221.6643.
