Barbara Lynch kicks off the third annual Shellabration, a seven-week long culinary tour of the world’s coastal locales, at B&G Oysters. Every Monday and Tuesday night from January 18th through March 1st, chef Jon Awerman will be adding family-style dishes inspired by classic seafood feasts from all over the globe. The specials, available in addition to the regular menu for $45 each, take their cues from Sicily, Spain and Singapore in turn, though there’s plenty of locally-inspired fare to be had, too.
