The Secrets of Shellfish

Chef Karen Akunowicz shells out a boatload of knowledge at her next installment of the popular Myers + Chang cooking class series. On Saturdays, December 1st, January 5th and February 2nd, the South End spot will transform into a delicious classroom as students learn how to deal with all that beautiful fresh shellfish that abounds ‘round these parts.
