Scott Brothers New American Meat Co.

Sycamore’s dinner menu gets lit on Monday, May 1st when Scott Brothers New American Meat Co. rolls their smoker in to Newton. Scott and Tyler will post up in front of the restaurant, providing Texas-style BBQ meats and more for the a la carte dinner menu. Chefs Lydia Reichert and Dave Punch will accent the offerings (including beef brisket and vegetarian beet pastrami) with starters like strawberry and snap pea salad and sides like collard greens and cornbread. The guys will also have cash-only take-out options (like jalapeno beef & cheddar links or smoked turkey) which can be reserved through Thursday, April 27th.
