Chef Lydia Shire invites winemaker Gaetana Jacono for a collaborative dinner on Thursday, March 16th. Valle dell’Acate wines, carrying on the Sicilian vineyard tradition, will be served alongside an Italian menu from the Scampo kitchen. Starting with a 6:30pm reception, guests will be treated to plates like “one perfect lamb chop,” veal meatballs and porcini. The seated menu covers six courses with matching wines and the whole delicious experience is available for $150 per person. Reservations can be made by calling 617.536.2100.
