Saturdays are sandwich days at Puritan & Co. From 12:00-2:00pm, an Italian sub shop pops up at the restaurant’s adjoining space with chef Will Gilson at the helm, slinging Saturday Meat Market specials. The hand-held options include cold-cut subs, cheese-stuffed sausages and, the newest seasonal addition, lobster rolls. Guests can also opt for Puritan & Co. picnic baskets, packed for two with options like the Fisherman’s Feast and the Sandwich Sack. The prices vary according to basket (you can see the line-up below) and orders can be placed 24 hours in advance by calling 617.615.6195.
