Elm Street, Somerville becomes Bourbon Street on Tuesday, February 28th and the brown liquor-loving folks at Saloon are at the ready with Mardi Gras entertainment. Chef Shayne Nunes looks to NOLA for the evening’s special plates (think shrimp & grits and beignets) and the bar goes dark and stirred with Sazeracs and Vieux Carres.
