Chef Shayne Nunes rings in Cinco de Mayo with special plates in Davis Square. Foundry on Elm will feature slow-roasted pork belly tostadas with avocado cream ($11 each), plus an Oaxacan Rose cocktail with mescal, pomegranate and pineapple ($11 each). Downstairs, Saloon will showcase slow-roasted brisket tostadas with whiskey BBQ sauce and charred corn salsa ($11 each) alongside the Under the Sun: a mango-infused tequila cocktail with rum, chili liqueur, lime, pineapple and habanero bites ($12 each).
