Settle in for sake. On Friday, December 9th, Jade Monkey is pairing rice wine and dim sum dishes for an educational sake evening. Starting at 7:00pm, representatives from Ruby Wines will lead you through the bottles, including Kanbara Bride of the Fox, Tozai Well of Wisdom and Tensei Song of the Sea. By the end of the night, you’ll know your junmai ginjo and honjozo like a pro. Reservations can be made for $30 per person by emailing Katie@jademonkeyboston.com.
