Rowes Wharf Bar goes agave—on Wednesday, May 11th, the Harborside spot takes you on a tequila trip with a spirited dinner pairing. Chef Daniel Bruce and Bar Manager Kerem Benyamini have joined forces to prepare a three-course menu matching dishes with Don Julio. The evening starts at 6:30pm with a reception where you can snack on a fresh ceviche and sip on a Don Julio silver cocktail. The sit-down dinner features plenty of spice with plates like mole- and anejo-rubbed hanger steak with grilled cactus leaves, and black pepper ice cream. Benyamini will walk you through the tequila tastes with cocktails to balance the heat. Tickets for the dinner are $80 each—see the menu below and snag your seat online here.
