Rosebud Kitchen and Aeronaut Brewing have been hard at work, brewing and barrel-aging a brand-new beer for the suds-lovers of Somerville (and beyond). Aeronaut’s toasted American brown ale spent 100 days in a used barrel of Rosebud’s Buffalo Trace Bourbon Single Barrel – and now it’s ready for its big debut. On Wednesday, January 11th, the Davis Square restaurant is hosting a release party—stop by Rosebud from 5:00-7:00pm for complimentary passed apps and Aeronaut flights for purchase, including – of course – the newest brew.
