Sip your summer rosè, Italian-style, with Tomasso Trattoria’s upcoming wine dinner. On Friday, July 22nd, the Southborough spot showcases rosè wines from around the boot with a five-course menu. Chef Daniele Baliani has crafted accompanying dishes for the occasion, like saffron risotto, duck and cannellini bean salad and roasted plum strudel, well-suited for pairing with the pink pours.
