On Friday, July 24th, L’Espalier invites Peter Brunet of Domaine Pierre Gaillard for a dinner featuring the Northern Rhone wines. The chefs will be serving up a five-course prix fixe menu of luxurious dishes like squid and pork belly with a Cotes du Rhone reduction and grilled squab and foie gras with confit potatoes. Brunet, import director for the vineyard, will share a flight of reds and whites chosen to complement each dish. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $135 per person.
