Cotes du Rhone comes to Deuxave at a decadent wine dinner on Tuesday, June 28th. Fred Ek will represent the E. Guigal winery, pouring their renowned Rhones alongside a six-course prix fixe. Chef Chris Coombs and sommelier Jason Irving collaborated to create the menu, featuring plates like fried softshell crab, seared ahi tuna, braised pork belly and filet mignon. The night kicks off with a 6:30pm reception of canapés before moving into the sit-down offerings at 7:00pm.
