Davio’s raises a glass to the grand old US of A with a couple tasty 4th of July specials. The Italian steakhouse has concocted the Red, White & Blue Sangria, an extravagant blend of blueberry and raspberry Stoli, St. Germain, orange bitters and Vermentino wine finished with a generous layer of blueberries and strawberries. It can be paired with the Surf N’ Turf Burger, which combines deliciousness from sea to shining sea: a Kobe beef patty (sourced from California) is topped with succulent pieces of Maine lobster and truffle Bearnaise sauce, served on a brioche bun with white truffle fries on the side. The stars and stripes-inspired beverage is available through the Friday of the week of the 4th ($13) while the bi-coastal burger ($30) will be around on Saturday and Sunday night. Call 617.357.4810 to secure your seat.
