American Lamb Board

Get down with your bahhh-d self at Red, White and Ewe, Clink’s annual lamb-themed 4th of July shindig. Celebrate America and its lamb with a special menu from chef Bradford Rainville, who’ll be plating lamb shawarma, lamb burgers and lamb merguez for attendees (there’ll be some veggie-heavy options for the meat-free folks, too). The event, sponsored by the American Lamb Board, will be back in the Yard at the Liberty Hotel with live music from Conscious Reggae and a cash bar. Tickets are $30 each and available here. Reserve one online and have your fill of American lamb (from 5:00-8:00pm) before you take in the fireworks on the Esplanade.
