Chef Josh Turka pays homage to Italian-American grandmas with the return of The Salty Pig’s Red Sauce Sundays. Each week, the restaurant caps off the weekend with classic comfort eats, courtesy of nonna’s recipe book. Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin provide the croon-y tunes to accompany an a la carte menu of marinara-y dishes. Guests can opt for plates like garlic knots, meatballs, fettucine Bolognese and chicken parm (among others) delivered to tables set with checkered tablecloths and bottles of Chianti.
