Red Bird Gets Purple

Waltham’s beloved Red Bird hosts Christine Zecker of Purple Wine + Spirits on Tuesday, October 6th for a five-course winemaker dinner.  Expect pairings of New World favorites from the west Sonoma County producer, which makes both branded wines as well as custom and private label wines for retailers and restaurateurs.. They’ll be pouring Avalon, Flint & Steel, Four Vines, Calista and Raeburn to complement chef Daniel Stokes’ menu.  The evening goes from 6:00-9:00pm and costs $75 per person before tax and gratuity.  Seating is limited, so make sure to reserve your spot by calling 781.891.5486 or emailing geoffrey@redbirdwaltham.com.

Fourth Course:

Fifth Course:
Italian Plum Torte
