Chef Matt Foley of The Merchant and chef Jitti Chaithiraphant, formerly of West Bridge, relive their Radius days with a collaborative menu on Sunday, June 26th. As a nod to the restaurant that brought them together and their focus on local produce, the pair presents a RADIUS dinner featuring ingredients sourced from within 200 miles of the Downtown spot. The evening starts at 5:00pm with three amuse bouche, followed by five sit-down courses starring protein, vegetables, herbs and flowers from purveyors like Corner Stalk Farm (East Boston), Georges Bank (Boston) and Ward’s Berry Farm (Sharon), plus wild herbs and greens foraged by the chefs. A list of vendors is below and tickets are available online here for $65 each.
