L’Espalier hosts the quintessential wine dinner on Thursday, August 20th when Nikki Hauser of the Huneeus vintners visits with winery pours. Chef Frank McClelland and team will be putting together a decadent four-course dinner menu to match the Napa Valley vintages with dishes like fluke crudo with Maine crab salad and octopus with Berkshire pork belly. The Bordeaux-style wines include two pours of Quintessa (named for the biodynamic Quintessa Winery) and a limited edition bottle from the neighboring Faust vineyard. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $150 per person. Check out the menu below and call 617.262.3023 to make a reservation.
