Autumn Eats with Will Gilson

Chef Will Gilson gives the autumnal bounty his all at Puritan & Company’s 4th annual Harvest Dinner. On Thursday, November 10th, the Inman Square restaurant invites guests for a menu that’s a veritable cornucopia of New England fall flavors. Grilled pork belly and sausage play nice with lentils while roasted halibut gets cozy with parsnips and leeks, for instance—plus, there’s a la carte oysters to start and wines for pairing. The four-course menu is available for $65 per person (plus $35 for the wines) and reservations can be made throughout the evening (5:30-11:00pm) by calling the restaurant at 617.615.6195.
