Monday nights are prime wine time with Boston Chops’ new dinner series. The Prime Wine and Dine offerings are available the first Monday of every month and pair wines from Brix Wine Shop with a four-course meal from chef Chris Coombs. For the upcoming installment on Monday, June 6th, the menu will highlight French wines, chosen by Carrie and Klaudia of Brix to match the decadent menu (Island Creek oysters, crispy duck confit, whole-roasted beef tenderloin and more). Dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $79 per person. Take a look at the lineup below—if you fall in love with a vintage, you can purchase it that night and have it shipped to your home.
