Traveling brew folks Portico Brewing are popping up at Blue Dragon on Tuesday, July 26th for a Japanese-themed beer dinner. The self-proclaimed “gypsy brewery” will bring their roaming pours to the Fort Point restaurant for a paired dinner from chef Ming Tsai. The menu is izakaya-inspired with five Japanese gastropub-style dishes, like cherrystone clams with beer-miso broth and duck katsu with microbrewed soy sauce, matched with suds like the Chroma Amber Ale and Fuzzy Logic Kolsch.
