Grab your workout mat (or dig it up from the dusty depths of your closet, if you must) for a morning Poolside Pilates class at Bokx 109. On Saturday, September 12th MoveWith Pilates instructor Amanda Chamberlain will be doing an hour’s worth of pose-holding, planking, stretching and the like from 10:00-11:00am. The hour-long class, which costs $12 per person, will have you primed for a post-workout breakfast from chef Israel Medina or, even better, a post-workout day of lounging by the pool.
