On Monday, July 25th, Loyal Nine goes all natural with a Pét-Nat patio party. The Cambridge restaurant will be popping the caps on bottles of pétillant-naturel, Champagne’s fizzy sister. Olmstead Wine and SelectioNaturel will be on hand to discuss the ancient fermentation techniques and the refreshing effervescent pours will be served al fresco with a slew of summery snacks to match. The bubbly flows from 6:00-9:00pm and pets are welcome to the outside spot. Tickets are $40 each online here.
