Mid-Week Prix Fixe

Enjoy a mid-week pick up courtesy of Parsnip – the Harvard Square restaurant will be offering patrons a $55 per person prix fixe menu, in addition to its regular a la carte items. The special offering will rotate with choices of appetizer, entree, and dessert prepared by chef Peter Quinion and team. See below for sample dishes, available in the dining room from Tuesday to Saturday during dinner service every week. Reservations can be made by calling 617.714.3206.

APPETIZER
– Confit Melon Soup with silken almond tofu, pickled chanterelles, and borage
– Sunchoke, Sunflower, Seed and Pecorino Salad with lemon & sherry vinegar dressing
– Grilled Mackerel with beets, fennel, and yogurt dressing

ENTREE
– Pan-Fried Boston Sole with baby leeks, potato, and truffle dressing
– Tagliatelle with cremini and sage butter
– Roulade of Chicken with herb gnocchi and tomato butter

DESSERT
– Milk Chocolate Tart with raspberry sorbet, torched meringue, and graham cracker
– Yogurt Panna Cotta with stone fruits, pistachio, and honey
– Cheese Plate with grape chutney, endive, and crostini
